As a huge Perry fan, I was unaware he had an M3! I wish he would have posed with that on the cover of “Joe Perry” instead of the Gretsch.

It appears that having the Hamer on the cover wasn’t a remote possibility, looks like he’s wearing the same outfit in both photos.

The M3 wouldn't fit the color play. It seems they tried various versions in the photo session. Only one could make it for the cover. The posing is classic rock 'n roll.

Certainly, had I been provocative. What I acknowledge for a while is the absence of Gibson and Fender as many artists/guitarist I see on pics or live chose other brands than both dominants. Same here, I think. It's not a Gibson, right?

They’re from the same photo session.  I’m trying to remember the third guitar he had for that - I think it may have been a Supro?

I digress, but this one always killed me: Joe with a (what appears to me to be) a solid Brazilian rosewood BC Rich Mockingbird. I wonder what happened to it after Joe snorted it.

Joe and Brad got their first Mockingbirds during the Draw The Line sessions and used them same day on Milk Cow Blues.

Joe has an old Supro that He especially digs for slide, @cmatthes…it is the one he used on Monkey On My Back from Pump…
