Yeah, no. I liked their first album. Well, I liked a couple of songs off their first album - Darkest Days, Save Yourself, Wasted. But "greatest" should never be used in describing them. Not even close. Regardless of how hot you find the singer to be.

If you were an HFC supporter you could see my, "Cocks," post in the Outer Circle. It's exactly what you think it is.

Which is exactly why I haven't clicked on it.

I've played a couple shows with the guitar player's new bands and they've all been great. Dude is a total ripper with some fun gear. I think he was using an EGC through a Diezel VHX the last time we played with them.

Listening to this music today, it feels like a 100 years ago. Remember when bands like this were everywhere? An abundance of great bands simering just under the thin line of breaking through big time. So many you did not have time to listen to them all. And now, today, you search your ass of just to find one new band with just an inch of being the real thing - and just not a bunch of influencers posing as musicians. Damn, I hate what the "music biz" has become, (which is: there is no music biz anymore, it's just one thousand people uploading shit to Spotify, Tidal etc. every day without any kind of gate keeping or talent search).

A slightly more rockin creed?   I don’t see it.

And I say this with all due respect.  :)

All around '93-'94, NIN broke out, I Mother Earth broke out with, "Not Quite Sonic," and many more from, Dig. Seems like, Counting Crows came out with, "Mr. Jones." Marilyn Manson was on the verge, I think it may have been '96 with, "Beautiful People." Tool, "Sober." And, Stabbing Westward with, "Ungod." Some others were, Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam, others in the late '80s early '90s. Was a great time.
