LordOfTheThighs Posted October 12, 2007 Posted October 12, 2007 My Vector arrived yesterday. Not single scratch or mark on it anywhere. I've never owned a Flying V or a Korina guitar. So this is a double treat. I had to adjust the intonation, right out of the chute. Quick little job. Plugged it in .... WHAM! Oozing the tone out. It had my Mesa Single Rectum-Fryer singing. Hamers just have a feeling of being alive, the way they resonate. The neck is pretty big. It feels as big as my chub .... errr I mean Les Paul R8. And now some pics.

Brooks Posted October 13, 2007 Posted October 13, 2007 that fookin rawks!!! to me, a traditionally appointed V (v pickguard, v string thru plate) is the only "pointy" guitar that oozes class. although rawkin & cool, i just don't get that classy vibe from standards/explorers, shredders, bc rich, jackson RR's, deans, etc...

I guess I've gotten a bit lazy these days, and sit quite a bit when I play, in front of my computer. I used to stand and play all the time. News Alert: Vees ain't really made for sitting.
