zorrow Posted December 31, 2011 Posted December 31, 2011 +1 on Adele's "21" (a great album indeed!), as well as on Jeff Beck's "Rock & Roll Party: Honoring Les Paul" (Fantastic! I watched the DVD only, but I guess the CD is the same thing).As of Alice Cooper's "Welcome 2 My Nightmare" and Gaga's "Born This Way", I do enjoy them quite a bit, but I feel they weren't that great as an "album" should be.BTW, nobody so far (not even me!) has mentioned Arch Enemy's "Khaos Legions" and Michael Schenker's "Temple of Rock", but I guess it's because we have good reasons to exclude them from the top three list.

I'd love to see Mariachi El Bronx live. They look like a fun show based on youtube videos.I've been a Bazan fan for a long time. Control is probably my favorite of his albums. But "Transcontinental" is one of my favorite songs ever (by anyone). The new one has some really good songs, too.

Then it'd be Bonamassa's Dust Bowl as well for me.I also listen to a lot of "new" country these days and while I'm not sure if it came out in 2011 or 2010, "Incredible Machine" by Sugarland is one of my all time favorite discs as every tune kicks ass, the songwriting is amazing and the tones/etc. are stellar IMO.
