Jakeboy Posted April 5, 2020 Share Posted April 5, 2020 This is easy. My Shishkov Ultimate 0006 is easily the best playing and sounding guitar I have ever played. It simply fits me perfect...and the Shlabotnik sisters can go from nearly single coil sweetness to all out rock easily. I can play my best on it. My fourth is on its way to me now. The prior owner swapped the pickups for Bareknuckle Riff Raff's but also kept the original Memphis spec pickups... figured I'd put the originals back in but ended up loving the riff raff's. dig it. I feel pretty lucky to own one of them and it still has the documentation from Sam that was provided to Steve. I remember when I first got the "book" and saw photos of these 2 that I thought they were the coolest Hamers I'd ever seen, as I always liked the Gibson XPL Spirits from the mid 1980's that had Explorer headstocks, but I could never find one without the dreaded Kahler.
