currypowder Posted July 22, 2020 Posted July 22, 2020 The time has arrived! It's my first New Shishkov, a SC Custom. It'll go nicely with the 2 I've managed to pick up "used" (neither has any visible wear). I'm a lucky man!

Jakeboy Posted July 23, 2020 Posted July 23, 2020 I am really excited for you...partly because that means 0117 is in sight....all selfishness aside, that flamed maple looks great and the other two Shishkovs you have are drop dead gorgeous. Especially the Ultimate. I love orange and man o man that is a looker and since it is a Shish, I know it is a damn fine player. Congrats!

Here is the Cobra Semi-Hollow, #072, in its original state w/ Lollar Staple/P90 set, compensated wraparound bridge and chrome mini tuners. Note, all of these pics are from the original owner. And here it is as it came to me and how I've kept it with DiMarzio mini hums, Schroeder bridge and ebony tuners. I have all of the original parts and pickups, but have no immediate plans to take it back. I like the current setup.
