Wow, the price on those has been steadily going up, but no where near that high.  LOL!   I had one and gig it for almost 20 years.  They aren't that nice.  They are not Kornia they are Ash.  Eddie did play one so I guess that ads to the coolness factor.  But I would rather have a Hamer or even a Gibson than the Ibanez.

My only reason for wanting one would be because of Rick Medlocke.  I saw him back in the early 80's often.  I do not recall him ever playing his Hamer Standard, but that Ibanez was always there.
