That was the stock bridge, but I’ve seen some with Floyds, a Sustainblock Trem or two, and a Sustainblock.

I love kahlers.. The one on my proto has steel rollers and sounds unreal, better than TOM's or sustain blocks to my ears

I used to be anti-Kahler, but the one I have has grown on me and I like it now.

  I think I read/heard too many negative opinions, was pulled into and chose the Floyd side and avoided the Kahler, which is too bad when I think of the Scarab I passed up for $199, and a Phantom for a similar price, and probably other stuff.  I realize now that you can be fans of both Jacob and Edward, and not feel bad about it.

I have a Kahler on one of my Charvels.  I just don’t care for the feel of it.

The black proto is gone… I did not get it.  I think it was a good deal especially having the original case.  (Kind of wish I did get it…for research purposes of course).

Looks like it's relisted for $500-ish.  That seems fake to me, the listed low, gone, and relisted quickly.

I can travel there to pick up the guitar if someone wants to avoid shipping.  How much of a road trip comes afterward is a matter to be discussed later.
