The only difference from a regular Special FM is the addition of body binding and, perhaps, the nice quilt maple cap. Anyway, I don't think I need to shower accolades around here. It is an excellent example of Hamer quality from the mid-90s. (Note: The picture of the guitar in the case below is with the original Duncans installed) It's in very good condition with only very light playwear. The only cosmetic issue is a 2" ding on the back corner to the bare wood (see pic) and some worming on the back. The frets are in good shape with only very minimal visible wear (no divots). The neck is on the thinnish side, but not shredder thin with the following measurements Width - 1.68" at the nut, 2.04" at the 12th fret Depth - 0.85" at the 1st fret, 0.87" at the 12th fret Weight is 8.1 pounds. I upgraded the pickups with a set of Gravelin Charlottes (original pickups included). Besides being much more aesthetically pleasing with the double cream bridge pu (vs double black Duncan), it's a massive upgrade in tone. I wouldn't recommend it, but if someone wants this guitar with the original Duncans installed, I am happy to keep the Gravelins and knock $250 off the price. Includes OHSC and Case Candy.
