  2. She’s now 999$ plus shipping. https://reverb.com/item/99694750-hamer-usa-daytona-1994-ohsc
  3. Today
  4. There have been others: @badgerdave had one in Honey or Vintage Natural with crowns and the stoptail close to the bridge. I think Hamer still called these Newport Pro BEs (Birds Eye) even though they used flame-maple tops.
  5. I’m not Scott, but I approve of the above link.
  6. Look forward to seeing the end result!
  7. Very cool, thanks 😃👌
  8. I'm not Rob, but Gary Kahler had the Brass Factory and they still have or make that stuff: https://kahlerusa.com/?s=brass+factory&post_type=product&dgwt_wcas=1
  9. Very cool 😃👌... Hey Rob, do you remember the name of that company you used for the Charvel Pre-pro brass bridges and stuff?
  10. Hey! Waitjussaminnit..!
  11. I like this idea... thanks! 😃👌
  12. I would go sonic blue nitro. Or one of the rare occasions black might be cool. Finish check it… crème rings and a nice brass Charvel nos style bridge. Phenolic nut. That would kick aaashhh.
  13. whats an unmistakeable soupcan?

  15. Big thanks to @stonge for facilitating this FB Marketplace transaction and shipping to me. I wanted a small/light dinker amp that is easy to move and this one (4w/10” speaker) sounds like it is going to fit the bill. You can’t tell from the pic but it is roughly 18x12x8. One EL84 two 12AX7 tubes. For “bedroom” playing I have mostly settled on LPD Eighty7 into clean amp in case anyone cares lol. Or headphones.

  16. No Affiliation Never even heard of such a unique spec, and not sure how it would sound compared to stock (spruce over hog). Cool! https://reverb.com/item/99618968-hamer-custom-shop-newport-pro-2003-amber-52665-with-original-hard-case
  17. If I didn’t just pull the trigger on a Dakota red EJ Strat I would pounce on this. Great buy — hope someone from here snags it (so I can buy it from you down the track)
  18. Thanks for posting that here. I know Michael had been working with him for some years before that fire a couple of years ago. I hope he'll continue building.
  19. Wow, just when I thought I'd seen most of the graphics. Each one has its own coolness to it.
  20. Like a car wreck, I keep coming back to stare…
  21. Plus she’s got trem spring cover and no added string tree (WTH do people do that?)
  22. Exactly. And exactly as it would have been presented in in the fraternity house TV room, 1985, 2:00 A.M. with an unmistakable soupçon of a Columbian brush fire in the air. Absolute and completely made up but presented with such complete and unassailable confidence that no one would ever question the veracity. Absent Internet, one could typically get away with it. 🤣
