I want to clear $2400, am in the SF Bay Area. A bunchy of pics at the link. One of the attached photo shows TV Jones P90 mount TV Classic/Classic+ pickups, it currently has the p90s back in it. I still have the TV Jones if anyone is interested in those. There are a few things to note, all documented in the pics. Some buckle rash, a finish chip at the pickup edge, Vibramate and a treble bleed added. The treble bleed is the one recommended by tv jones, it is aggressive, it acts more as a bass cut over the first part of the volume travel, thins out from the hot p90 sound to more of a strat or low wind p90 voice. https://photos.app.goo.gl/f3MbjcZbc6v7mXTT8

As these Tone King pedals are rather expensive, the concept begins to converge with the Synergy approach. At some point you ask yourself: which is better for you - pedals on the floor, or modules in a head? The Tubesteader pedals are cheaper so it makes the decision easier, but those Synergy modules sound GREAT. If the Synergy preamp head was cheaper I'd go that route in a heartbeat - one Morgan module and one Marshall JMP module.

If you are a Facebooker there are a couple of Hamer USA pages that might have a lefty for sale from time to time. But I don't see any today.

The tube alone is not the answer. Depends on how it is used. Duh! At risk of being redundant, check out such as the Tone King PREAMP pedals (note that a third one, this time a Vox take, is about to drop). They are the full TUBE preamp from their high end combo amps....Great sounding and very versatile. As I get older, smaller and lighter but still the full tone package, is a nice alternative. Once more, the Effectrode Blackbird is also an excellent option.....Assuming you like that cascading gain sorta thing.....

I wanted to bid on some of his amps, but no such luck. Too expensive. 😞 There was a Nash Strat, and a few other guitars i bid on, as well as a few Gibson Lab amps. as you know, the prices went Boom...

A word of advice for the aging, don't plan a huge weekend party in which you're playing in 5 of the 8 bands. It prematurely ages you!

All these auctions with items by major music stars always end up costing much more than their "Estimated" selling price. That along with buyer premium and shipping costs make these auctions really unobtainable for the average joe and cater to the buyers with really deep pockets. I guy I used to know was in an auction bidding on a "PEARCE" guitar amp that was used and owned by guitarist Ronnie Montrose. It sold for twice what you could have bought it for on Reverb and that was before the buyer premium and shipping was added to the total. I know it was Ronnie's but............

Bolt on is a late 70s Mighty Mite body. Wayne Charvel era. Mated to a Hamer Daytona neck. The body was my first Evilbay purchase years ago. Found all the parts and had it finished here in Tampa. Rebound and assembled by Ben Chafin.
