The Super Distortion is a fabulous pickup! I play mainly active EMG’s but I do have an old cream coloured SD that is just sublime in my custom superstrat (Fender Custom Shop copy)…

There is no way to date it exactly but it would be likely made in Korea between 92 and 98 if it is an early one…

With import tax (Canada) etc, it would not be a wise purchase. I am not working at the moment: my workshop tools etc are still on a container on a ship travelling here from the UK (I recently emigrated to Canada)...

That means you posted pictures before (on other posts) but failed to delete them from your uploads later. This caught me out a few times before. You have to go to My Attachments in your profile and make space for new uploads! Wish I'd seen your sale post: I'd have had that guitar in a flash: my shop Fret Friend Guitar Works loves to do guitar renovations...

Sold my 88 for £525 ($700) in 2012: original metallic blue paint with customary checking. I'll never come across one that good for such a good price again. Do I regret it? No but... I wish I still had it...
