  1. Never heard of. Will check out.
  2. Why did the just fix it up with a colour match. Even clearcoat could have made it unvisible. A good luthier could have fixed that without messing up the whole guitar.
  3. The guy is a technical engineer. Super meticulous in everything he does. So, yeah, I expect his work to be 100% acurate.
  4. Strange reflections where the neck meets the headstock. Looks like no visible serial number. Either it had a busted headstock, or it might be hot property?
  5. I used to play 0,009' in the 80's and well into the 90's. Switched to .010's perhaps 12 years ago. Now I use the 0.0095's. They sound like 10's but feel more like 9's. I like them.
  6. A co-worker of mine tuned his piano last year. Apparently he does it whenever it needs a tuneing. Said it was not that hard.
  7. I would consider that one. But if so need help in bying it and shipping it. (Ebay won't accept bids from countries that is not shipped to).
  8. I think I think it's gone? I can't find it...
  9. It would have been really cool if they actually shot a video of the band when they performed the actual song, like normal people do. I never seen such a cluster fuck of a video. Few things are as annoying as watching filmed sequences of musicians playing something, and it being synked to a totally different sound source.
  10. The text for the Standard is very incorrect though! 👨‍💼 They mixed it up with the Sunburst. Where does this cataloge come from? Reads: "A fully adjustable, 6 ounce solid brass bridge - sustain block combination provides rock stable intonation and endless sustain".
  11. It sure looks bad ass. Congrats!
  12. Cool. The old 80's Marshall Studio 15 was a 15 watt JCM800 with 6V6's. I guess your amp would be closer to that one than to a 2203.
  13. Some recent news from the cows mouth. https://www.guitarworld.com/features/marshall-amps-ceo-jeremy-de-maillard-interview-2024?utm_campaign=socialflow&utm_source=facebook.com&utm_medium=social&utm_content=guitar-world
  14. Does it come with some free mortadella? Great lookin' Explorer. GLWTS
  15. That is a lot of metal in one place! Good to see some fellow Swedes casting some viking spells on you overseas people.
  16. I bought one bridge pickup that Kev had in that guitar in 2013. It was a weird one. It looked like a Duncan, but was on a Dimarzio base plate. It measured 12,22 kohm. I can not remember what I did with it. But I don't think I still have it. I also have he original Dimarzio pickup rings from that Standard and the original input jack. For the world I can not remember If I also bought one or both of the original Dimarzio's from him as well. Memory is shot.
  17. When I read about the idea of him making a blues album, and saw the list of blues standards he had chosen I thought "that was not a very interesting choice, this will probably be a running through the motions album of worn out classics." But I liked the first single with Brian Johnson, a nice surprise. And I gave the whole album a spin the other day. It really rocked. Great sounding album and Slash does not play his usual licks. His playing feels fresh, albeit it being blues playing. All singers are fu*kin' amazing. Chris Robinson really takes it to another level. He seems invigoured and pulls of something I have not heard him do in years. I will for sure buy a copy of this album.
  18. Been following her on Instagram for quite some time. She is moving on upwards now. Cool and good for her.
  19. I can send you a ZIP'ed file with Wav files of the whole album with the mastering that I've done. It sounds way better. Just pm me you email address.
  20. It's funny. Still AI really starting to get damn tiresome already.
