JohnnyThunders Posted November 10, 2008 Posted November 10, 2008 Last chance. It has a thicker neck probably a vintage carve. I took out the pickup and it's all mahogany. It has one dig on the headstock, no buckle rash, one very small dent on the edge and another small dent by pickup switch and a small worm on the front, can't see it unless an angle. I recently had it set-up before I was going to ebay it and my normal guy retired so I took it someone new that was recommended and well it is set-up nice but I had the ends of the frets smoothed out and well he nicked the ends of the fretboard, when I brought it to his attention he said the apprentice must have done it. Well after some antimated discussion, I got some compensation so I'm reducing the guitar's priced to SOLD IMG]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v392/mushead/100_1783.jpg
atquinn Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 Nice! I love that silver sparkle finish I'm fairly certain that's a rosewood fretboard board though.-Austin
JohnnyThunders Posted November 11, 2008 Author Posted November 11, 2008 It's the drakest fretboard I have, almost black where my others are brown, but it does have some grain, I've never had a guitar with ebony so I don't know for sure.
sw686blue Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 These guitars are the bomb! I had the equivalent Artist Mahogany with humbuckers which I foolishly sold to a friend but which will come back to me very soon. I also have the P90 version which I hope to see before I die. These are the sleepers of Hamer, at least for me.
bubs_42 Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008 Looks fantastic Mr. Thunders, I think it will be gone by tomarrow..
