I reached out to him after his first attempt to sell failed, and got an "I'll keep that in mind" response.

I reached out following the second attempt and heard nothing back so for all I know it may have sold.

I've agreed all along to meet him in his bank, police station, anywhere he'd feel comfortable since he's only 10 minutes away from me.
