martin-uk Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 Hi guy's,i need some info about if this book is really coming out.Because my partner said that she would buy one for my b'day and that it was being released the day before,but that date has come and gone with amazon saying "not in stock at the moment,order now and we will deliver when available". There's nothing like an anti-climax to really slow you week down.Best reagard's on any info,martin.

cmatthes Posted July 6, 2013 Posted July 6, 2013 The original estimate for publicaton date had always been Mid-June, 2013. The publisher had to move it back a month - 6 weeks for some reason. Since it is being printed overseas, I'm sure there are any number of things that could have set the original estimate back.They started taking Pre-Orders last December.

I pre-ordered within days of hearing about the book, and from the publisher. The publisher ships the book to us directly. We then, have to get the book to the person we want to sign it.

The person on the phone said that they'd be here any day now and put me on hold to check two shipments that had just arrived. She didn't get through the second shipment to check- I had to get off of the phone, but I didn't get a follow up call yet, so maybe tomorrow. Or Thursday. Or...?!
