Jakeboy Posted April 27, 2015 Author Posted April 27, 2015 My first nice guitar was a '76 Explorer I bought back in 1979....I forgot how much I missed the body shape and how comfortable an Explorer shape really is. Just love the armrest. Only guitar for me that is comparable in comfort is my Strat. But then I am pretty way....I lob the way my double it Hamers feel on the strap and in my lap too. LPs are more difficult......for me anyways. LOVE this Ultimate!

I just ran he through a treble booster into my cranked tweed Deluxe!Just glorious classic rock tone....I was jamming everything from Too Hot To Handle to Draw The Line to my supercharged version of Nutbush City Limits!! I played my Artist for about an hour and my Strat even less since this guitar came into the house.....I am sooooo bonding with the neck.These Ultimates really are....
