Hello There Hamerheads!

Hello I'm new here.

More of a singer than a guitarist. (Let's get that admission out of the way right up front) Not a Hamer owner now, but I want a doublecut, preferably a Junior style. I have an old Junior that's been in the family for years and love it, but I'd like to get something to take out to bar gigs now that I'm in band again. The Hamer seems to be what I'm looking for.

I found this place because a couple of guys in my new band are members.

Sounds like a Special is in your future. Double-cut P-90 goodness, and still a screaming deal when they pop up. In fact, here's a cool variation, though this is an Eclipse model. Pretty much the same as the Special only with a wrap tail and different body shape/comfort contours:

Yeah I am with Carfish7 on this. An older Special or the Specials from the 90's, or a Korina Junior.
