Still wishing for another run of the TIM pedal......

Did I say Tim? Did I say it has advantages over the Timmy? The long awaited new one is now out. In stock at Humbucker, at least temporarily. IIRC, their first shipment of 400 sold out in less than an hour. Or at least very quickly.

Might be worth checking out. I wonder if my original one is really worth the $800 and up they are listed for on Reverb(?)

Unfortunately I doubt your OG Tim is still worth $800, if it ever was.😉  I picked up the new one, it's great, Sounds like the old one, but with a better layout and improved functionality, IMO.  It's funny, when Paul sold the original for 159 or 179 or whatever it cost, that seemed like one of the better deals in the pedal world.  Now it's $100 more, and feels like maybe it's overpriced by $100.

As we all know, asking is not the same as getting.

Rhetorical question...... I do like the pedal (old one, have not played the new). Why folks think the old ones are that valuable is beyond my pay grade. There seem to be multiple highly regarded choices with similar functions in the mid $200 range. It appears there is a long list of buyers at the new asking price. If they can sell out an order of 400 in an hour (apparently twice already) that is over $100k in retail sales at a crack. No need for the old SNS.

I’ve owned an original Tim, and Timmy. I preferred the Timmy. I currently own a V2 Timmy, I bought a V3 and prefer the V2. The V3 sounds clearer and cleaner, but sometimes that isn’t always better. Sometimes, I don’t understand why some manufacturer feel the need to revamp a pedal that is perfectly perfect. LOL
