gorch Posted July 27, 2022 Posted July 27, 2022 Looking great. Just had seen the original on stage last week. Fantastic show that was.
cmatthes Posted July 27, 2022 Posted July 27, 2022 The RS conversion averages around $850-$900 for the work/parts alone, so not too awful of a deal there!
tbonesullivan Posted July 30, 2022 Posted July 30, 2022 Ok, so is this a Brian May guitars special that has been upgraded with the RS conversions stuff? Did they have to fill in where the bridge is?

Did they have to fill in where the bridge is? Exactly, the bridge and trem are the major conversions alongside some minor tweaks. Reason why the trem cover plate remains on the back. A Brian May Guitars original prices somewhere in the $850 class. Adding the conversion, the price appears reasonable. However, it remains a convert and is not a 1:1 copy style RS. Those usually reside in the $2k price range.
