That was on Craigslist last fall in the LA area. The Kahler may have been stock. I remember one shown in the old Hamer web sites custom order pages in that time frame. Someone here posted links to the archive.

This one has been discussed several times - it’s one from the Willcutt run and the Kahler was added aftermarket.  The price is definitely in meth-head range, by nearly double…or more.
