Kiss made it OK to play with the distortion pedal ON all the time. I think me and my buddies wore out 'Alive' with crappy needles and bad 8-track players, and I learned to play every song. Haven't heard it in ages. But.... None of the stuff before or after 'Alive' made me want to buy another. I'd heard the show was fantastic (never been to one), but the earlier recordings sounded crude, and the later stuff just never hit with me. I have a theory on that.... They sure figured out how to sell sh!t, though.

Definitely a scam. When you post your ad, put in there "Respond with a phone number. No number = No reply. Sorry". Legit buyers don't mind, and scammers won't bother. Just delete any that don't have one. I've been doing that for the past year or so, and the horseshit has all but stopped.

I was just gonna say that. Good call, Bill. I put one in a maple-capped ebony-boarded Sustain block Special that came with a JB. The BBQ is thick with a nice attack and none of the shrillness or harshness. It'll definitely give your guitar some sack.
