  3. Buffering involves using a pedal's internal circuitry to strengthen the guitar signal, which is especially helpful with long cable runs or many pedals in a chain. Non-buffering, or true bypass, disconnects the signal completely when the effect is off, which some players prefer for a more direct, untouched tone but can lead to signal loss. Buffers help preserve high-end frequencies and signal clarity, while true bypass can cause a "tone suck" when bypassed, especially with long cables. Courtesy of Google AI
  4. I've used the Aluminum Falcon by PCE for years, but I have a couple other klones as well.
  5. I was going to do that too. Could'nt find plastic rings to fit the mounting screw holes so i did'nt do it. Can't help you more than that and I guess while proofreading that was'nt any help. Good luck. P-90s' as a rule used 500k pots so you should be ok.
  6. Oceanburst Wraptail Studio went to Florida. Can't remember his handle, raised snakes. Beautiful guitar, monster tone! The Superpro too! How could I of! Elduave wanted it back so off it went. Still have the Eclipse.
  7. I really considered attending one of their workshops. Building from scratch and still may at some point. It's odd that their normal layout is like this Challenger but the Tribute isn't. I like the body shape of the Tribute better than this one.
  8. Nice bass!! The only bass I've ever owned was a L-1000. It was a LOOOOOng time ago, probably when they first came out. Mahogany body as I remember, maple neck and fretboard. Beautiful bass and great sounding to my ears(hearing was better then than now!) I sold it to a buddy who later moved to Austin, TX. Fast forward, a couple years ago he posted a picture of a recent gig. He was still playing the G&L !
  9. I've used Weller pencils 25-40 watt since I started soldering 50 some years ago. They've held Up well. Still using one.
  10. Low effiecient speakers are nothing new or revolutionary.
  11. Nice one Jason!
  12. I'm not sure about Rival Sons, guess I haven't listened to them enough. BTW I believe that guitar is a Kauer Banshee. Saw that on Kauers FB page.

  14. Sounds more like Porgie & Bess "Summertime" to me.
  15. would like to but Venison season starts that day so probably not. It's one of the few things my son and I do together so I won't miss out on it.
  16. Awesome, simply awesome.
  17. Tally Pro Artist Custom Korina Jr.
  18. I had a Princeton II years ago. Shared eq for the channel switching. Cleans were pretty good, blackface. The OD could be dialed in ok but it messed with the cleans. Somewhat Boogie-like. A better spesker would have made me happym but never tried one. A decent amp, I'd own one again for the right price.
  19. Lots of info on the Hamer guitar website.
  20. In my area we've had one "500 year" event and two "100 year" events in the past 13 years. Anyone who lives near water should be expecting something like this at some point. Well Wishes go out to all involved.
