Two weeks ago, I had put in my notice of resignation at the Gibson Custom Shop, Pro Shop Luthier employee. Today was my last of days. Was a great tenor of time, I learned some things, met alot of great people, great co workers, Lots of Stars and guitars. So, now I am free of the clutches and binders of the H. J., Game on. I declare independence . I am feeling really good right now.

the old tv ad, "motor oil is motor oil"..... you get what you pay for. Mobil 1, then switch it up with Castrol. never a oil failure in my well tuned fast cars. also, the bigger the filter, the better. you can usually size up no prob.

Hooked ever since. I have alot of guitars. Alot of different guitars. Each with its own personality in which shines when I put my personality on top of that. all good. But I do love my Hamers.

thats about it. Hardware stores have a drill reamer for about $5. tape it up, I would go thru paint side first (top) with slow even pressure until orifice size is achieved.

check the switch to see if it grounding out on something. That happens alot since it is a 90' angle switch, could be a bare wire grounding on it, shorting all else. if that is not the case, try this~ clean the contact points. use some 1500 wet//dry sand paper, lightly sand, clean the contact points on the switch wafers. see if that works. J

Anyone hear if George Gruhn's store got hit in the flood? Paul Hamer Gruhn is okay. another worst is "thee storage area" for all nashville based acts, ex. Skynard, Gill, etc., the facility is gone, that means all there instruments in storage, all staging, all amps, all etc. is toast. Rumor is George Gruhn & Joe Glazer are teaming up to "service" those Artists in lost/ need of.... I see a diff take on it thou....

Well, we were hit with a bit of rain over the weekend. Family and i are okay, we live on a hill. GCS, were I work, is okay. No flooding, but alot of co workers are still dealing with there own personal aftermath. The "Plant", (G, USA) is flooded. toast. it is gone. From what I was told, a total loss. Henry will Have a big right off.....
