Custom shop sg’s will have long tenon. But… the area is still soft due to a neck pickup route and thin body. Always check for neck wobble prior to purchase. (double cut specials are even worse in neck wobble)

I always wanted a Guild jumbo 12. They just sounded so good. Ive had electric 12’s, but non never surpassed my late 70’s BC Rich Bich 10 string.

My 72’ lpc has it’s original stock medium jumbo frets. That’s how.

Cheap heat gun at harbor freight. but, beware, depending on the (plasticized) finish… the bindind will stretch and thin out… but the finish will not and retard.

Sometimes you just have to install a new input jack (switchcraft) with all the poking they’re subjected to, like throwing a hotdog down a hallway…

Cold solder joint. Clean or replace input jack.
