  1. This looks awesome... Are all the white specials gone? You do have a way with hamers!
  2. If this goes on I will consider moving to Seattle.
  3. This is very very nice! Love the B&W Graphics...
  4. Thanks. Damn the bendings ;-). It's all recorded with a 1965 jaguar, an orange tiny terror with an older marshall 4x12, a digitech delay at a friends studio. There's some minor editing to the tracks but I was trying hard to play straight through every song. Also played a 1968 jazzmaster on a couple of songs. So It's all fender this time which is a new experience for me (big Les Paul and Hamer fan). C.
  5. Thanks Dude. Next couple of lyrics I'll be working on will throughout springtime ;-). That should sort out the melancholy. Your comment is much appreciated...
  6. Gentlemen, I just uploaded 11 new tracks. It's all guitars only and bits of singing. It's on soundcloud and you can download any track if you like. I'd appreciate your response if you've got the time... I know there's good things on TV too ;-) http://soundcloud.com/dcroyalties/sets/locknlol-demos/ Cheers C.
  7. Jack White is an awesome musician! Aside of this: In that James Bond song his singing is way better than Alicia Keys' ....
  8. Damn...it's already been taking of ebay. The list of things he was selling was unbelievable and he was asking you to Not communicate through ebay but send e-mails to another e-mail address. The ad for the Ace Frehley LP looked very much like cut´n´paste to me. It was a laugh while it lasted...
  9. Just nuts! Unbelievable... I'm stunned: http://cgi.ebay.de/Gibson-Ace-Frehley-Les-...=item3f06211799

  11. --> QUOTE(David B @ Aug 31 2010, 12:17 PM) ← Super! THAT top is just killin' me.....

  13. So...how big would a shipping box for a standard be so you feel like you can't ship to Allemagne??? Beautiful guitar!!!
  14. Happy Birfday...take it easy...play some guitar...listen to some good music...like...early Fleetwood Mac Peter Green!!!!!!!!
  15. Is that for REAL? It's blowing me away!!! Looks unbelievable, soooooo beautiful!
  16. Not only do I know this beautiful guitar a little bit also the hardwood floors look strangely familiar to me.
  17. The only issues with it: Paul Wrote "Best Wishes Charlie" on the control cavity cover - not an issue if your name is Charlie too Charjulio Not a fan of gold hardwear but what a nice guitar... C.
  18. Have a good one...HBD
  19. WOW! How come this has a sustain block? I wish a had a standard with sustain block. That's gotta be a perfect guitar!!!
  20. Man, these are some beautiful pics. Never saw a hamer case with purple inside. I suppose it came with the guitar? C.
  21. Dirk, you know who to contact if you ever feel like selling a sunburst!!!! C. Glad to see my former special is still part of your collection
  22. Man, you're just killing me with those pics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To keep this thread going, here are a few. The forked headstock sunburst.....Don't you just love it when Hamer decides to put a wicked twist on things. For the Electraglide fans. Plain and simple and kickass good looking. I honestly don't think you can make a more perfect headstock than this one-long explorer headstock that is bound, come on. Here is another fun one, made for Tommy Shaw, flip a switch and "listen carefully, aaaaaahhhhhhh, you can go grab a bite and it's still sustaining that note.....aaaahhhhhhh"). For the Sunburst fan, when you need that quick 12 string and BearClaw Spruce is your flavor over a maple top. When Crowns just won't do for an over-the-top guitar you have to go with boomers. (actually I believe our own Bob P. did some of the actual work on this guitar, another killer idea made for Bill Kaman). The new stuff is pretty damn good, but for us 'old folks around here, they were making some pretty nice guitars back in the 70-80's. (another one of those "factory seconds" with crown inlays but they forgot to bind the neck... ) Enjoy, Sunbursts rule or at least come in a nice second to the old standards!!! Hats off to geniuses at Hamer!!!! Peter.
  23. Happy Birthday! Don't throw all your guitars from the roof... C.
  24. Well...that's still less than the common threefifty...
