Hi Morningstar Thanks for posting after reading all the PDF files ,I agree it dosn't look good for Mr Tate,It sounds like he brought it upon himself over the years,and the last act of spitting and throwing water over an amp when live (Which lets be fair can KILL someone) is just so wrong on so many levels.

Fully agree with you there is no excuse for Spitting,Like Roshark said they should of kicked him out years ago.

A very Under rated singer\song writer,Stepping out is just Class, A true Classic Seen him Live in Chester (England) in the late 80's ,and I still think to this day how good the band were
