stumbled upon this a couple of hours ago, I think it's a '08 (6 digits, starts with 8), - I've never owned a Hamer newer than the late 90s until now.  Pretty much mint other than looking like it has sat untouched for a long time, needs a fret polish pretty badly. Of course I couldn't resist, it wasn't stupid cheap, but attractively priced. I didn't have enough cash on me, so it's on layaway, and I can pick it up tomorrow

More pics! Do you know what the finish is? Natural or Aztec gold, maybe?

Is this another pawnshop find?

Dude, you are the Pawn Shop King!TM

ETAsk: does it, by chance, have the Vintage Carve neck?

it cleaned up very nicely, just a little truss rod adjust and fret polish, had to raise the bar just a hair for a single contact on the tom (tonepros). pups are SDSH1's (59s). Oddly enough, the truss rod wrench in the proper case was not quite the right size, just a hair small, but looks like a standard Hamer truss wrench, one of my other wrenches fit perfectly.  8 pounds exactly. I played it at rehearsal last night, I neurotically checked my strap locks continually.  Way way nicer guitar than I need or deserve. Photo is not enhanced, - judge the top for yourself!  I wonder how close to 'the end' of production this one is? Aztec Gold?

Oh man!  That's a beautiful top.  I think the 2005-2009 Hamers I've owned have been my favorites.  Seems likea no lose guitars as somene here would likely pick it up from you if you ever decided to let it go with now nice that one looks!
