We've been at his side non-stop for the last couple of days and it looks like his long battle with emphysema is over. Please remember me and my family. I love you guys,Gary

crabby Posted November 7, 2006 Posted November 7, 2006 Hi Gary, We don't know each other at all BUT God knows all of us and I pray the Lord's blessings & peace upon your entire family,,,,,, that strength and serenity and as the Word calls , "a peace that passes all understanding " will come and rest upon each and every family member. I assume that your dad is a Christan and if that is in fact the case I'm sure you'll hear many many times after your Dad's passing that "he's be much better off" , How very true a saying this is........... also the Word says that "to be absent of the body is to be present with the Lord" , rest assured that this is in fact the case. I lost my Dad to emphysema in 1988 and just a very short time before he passed he became a Christan,,,,,,,,, God did the same exact thing for my family that I am now asking that he do for you & yours...................... Thank you Father for answered prayers in Jesus name, amen.
