My wife got me a DigiTech RP150 effects pedal from my favored, local music store - Rocketeria. Thanks Dave for giving my wife a price as cheap as Musician's Friend!

Stealth Plug usb guitar cable with amplitube 2 live.

Tapco Blend 6 mixer which has made a huge difference in the sound of my vocals. Need all the help I can get! B)

Got a happy wife who shopped herself silly buying stuff on ebay and two very happy kids who got almost everything they wanted. They have learned to ask realistically of Santa.

The Gators are heading to the BS errr... BCS Championship game and the Bucs actually won a game!

Great dinner on Christmas Eve eve at Les Chef's de France of Epcot with a viewing of the Candlelight Processional.

Can't get any better. I hope your Christmas was a great also.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

My brother got me Gram Parson's "GP" and "Grievous Angel" on one CD. How did I live on this planet nearly 44 years without knowing this music? Just great.

My wife got me the new iPod shuffle. 200+ songs in a matchbook. Too cool!

Best present of all is the kids absolutely digging their stuff. Happy kids = Merry Christmas.

I got a rock.

Well deserved, no doubt.

I got a couple of cool items.

#1 ... My wife and I were at the local mall, a few months ago. It was one

of those weekends when people can rent space in the walkways and sell

their stuff. This dude was selling movie posters. I got the bright idea, to

redecorate our family room downstairs, with a HD big screen, and using

some movie posters, to create a kind of movie theme room.

So my wife picked me up a nice framed Star Wars movie poster, as

a start, for a present. Now I just need to repaint the room, aquire about 6 or 7 more

movie posters, and come up with $2500 for the HDTV. Yeah, right. B)

I guess we have to start some where.

#2 ... Tonight one of my wife's closest friends dropped by with a present.

She works at Paul Brown Stadium in Cincinnati, in Chris Collingsworth's

MRI business there. She routinely runs MRIs on the Cincinnati Bengals.

So she dropped off an autographed football with Carson Palmer,

TJ "Who's Yo Momma" Houshmandzadeh, Kelly Washington,

Super Bowl XXXVII MVP Dexter Jackson, and about 5 or 6 others autographs.

She's gonna try to score Chad Johnson and Rudy Johnson, if they make

the playoffs. They'll be into the MRI unit in the post season, if they make

it that far.

The thing is she hasn't even got a ball for herself. And she's a big Bengals fan.

She gave us one of a couple she got.

Very sweet of her. I owe her a big one in return.

Oh yeah ... I got rock also ... last night. ;)

I got an abscessed tooth, and very little sleep.

On a more positive note, Paula got me this electrified three string cigar box guitar. Pretty nifty little device & it's actually playable!

I got a divorce. Wasn't planning on spending that much, but...

That reminds me of a joke:

Why are divorces so expensive?

'cuz they're worth it!

BTW, I got a $900 vet bill because my stupid Shih tzu puppy ate a bunch of gravel.

$450 here because the stupid cat couldn't use his hind legs. I offered to build him a little cart and shit, but the wife you know....

My personal favorite, from a nephew:

The Ed Wood Box, which includes the DVDs: Plan 9 From Outer Space, Glen or Glenda, Jail Bait, Night of the Ghouls, Bride of the Monster, and The Haunted World of Ed Wood (a nice documentary).
