Because many people are biased or ignorant and think buying from Japan is risky this forces sellers in Japan to sell for less!!! Crazy but true!! I can take the same guitar and often send it to my brother in the USA and sell it for MUCH more!! Hilarious because he ships by UPS and it takes 5-6 days to reach a buyer in the USA!! My items are often door to door in 3 days!! Less time in transit means less chance of damage!! WHO AM I?:I am a white American and my wife is Japanese, my daughter is both. I really hate to say this but the only people who send me unsolicited emails calling me a slant-eyed scammer etc are Americans. The rest of the world seems to realize that their country is not the only place on Earth. Only half of my business is to the USA but ALL of these emails come from Americans. If you are one of these people I will just let you know now that you are an idiot and I will be happy to verbally put you in your place and display the correspondence in the Q&A for all to see. If you are stupid enough to think I am a scammer or a guitar is fake etc I can guarantee you I am MUCH MUCH more intelligent than you are!

I appreciate his self-righteousity, but IMO, eBay is a place to sell stuff for the highest price possible (if you're a seller, that is), not to educate the bigotted masses, espouse your religousity, express your political views, etc. If dumbasses bother you 1) eBay is the wrong place to sell stuff and 2) just block them from bidding on your auctions when they contact you.
