guitarzandstuff Posted August 31, 2010 Posted August 31, 2010 Exc. condition w/certificate and ohsc Sale $1400 / Trade $1600
bubs_42 Posted August 31, 2010 Posted August 31, 2010 I was just thinking of this guitar over the weekend. Good Luck with the sale.
jisham Posted August 31, 2010 Posted August 31, 2010 Oh man....you're killin' me. Nice and simple = BAD ASS.What pickups are in it?
guitarzandstuff Posted September 2, 2010 Author Posted September 2, 2010 Thanks for all the interest...Pickups I believe are the standard JB/59 combo (nothing to the contrary on the certificate)The neck carve is the vintage carve, a nice full neck.
Jeff R Posted September 2, 2010 Posted September 2, 2010 The unbound/dot neck looks so cool with that color, one of the few Standards where I wouldn't want bound 'n' crowns.
guitarzandstuff Posted September 3, 2010 Author Posted September 3, 2010 A few more questions answered...I do not have a scale but its not a "lightweight"guitar. Given it's weight, and the fact that its a mahogany Standard, I'd say it's fully solid and NOT chambered... More pics tonight...
guitarzandstuff Posted September 3, 2010 Author Posted September 3, 2010 Crappy iPhone pics... Guitar is in excellent condition, no issues!
dobieboy Posted September 3, 2010 Posted September 3, 2010 That is just sooo nice, still sorry I missed Gus' black Std...
Ted Posted September 3, 2010 Posted September 3, 2010 Hey! Keep your personal life out of this! Just caught this witty reply JGale!!!
cmatthes Posted September 4, 2010 Posted September 4, 2010 I thought that one looked familiar! BTW - I remember what the original sales price for that exact guitar was. This is an incredible deal.
bubs_42 Posted September 4, 2010 Posted September 4, 2010 Thanks for the Screen Saver. I wish someone would by one of my guitars, I'd hit this one for sure.
cmatthes Posted September 4, 2010 Posted September 4, 2010 Thanks for the Screen Saver. I wish someone would by one of my guitars, I'd hit this one for sure. This might be a little better: Somebody better jump on this thing!
specialk Posted September 4, 2010 Posted September 4, 2010 It looks 100% better with the black pickguard! Wish I could jump on it.....
guitarzandstuff Posted September 4, 2010 Author Posted September 4, 2010 I have the orignal white pickguard also... Hmm, a celebrity!! LOL! May have to keep her?
guitarzandstuff Posted September 7, 2010 Author Posted September 7, 2010 Still have it... lots of trade offers and just not sure. Would like $$ as I am possibly looking at an old project car.
