I mean, how exciting can a guy playing Beatles covers be? I've seen Tommy several times - never fails to amaze, and he always does it with a sense of humor. The first time I saw him, he said people ask how to play his style, and he said you have to start with getting the bass rock solid. Spent about 2 minutes or so stressing that you had to be able to play it strongly and in time. Then he said, "And when you have the bass solid, you just move the rest of your fingers really fast." 3 1 Quote
Steve Haynie Posted December 9, 2024 Posted December 9, 2024 Tommy always gives some sort of guitar lesson during his shows. In some cities he does guitar camps on the day of the show. Years ago he did meet and greets for free if you showed up early enough. 1 Quote

DaveH Posted December 25, 2024 Posted December 25, 2024 I can't get over how badass this guy is, both as a guitarist and a singer. 1 Quote
DaveH Posted December 25, 2024 Posted December 25, 2024 The tones and licks he pulls out of a hardtail, with no pic, blows my mind! Dare I say it... Reminds me of Jeff Beck, but he sings like Chris Cornell. If Poison would have fired Bret and CC, and kept Richie, they could have been a good band. 1 Quote
Submariner85 Posted January 1 Posted January 1 I found the album to be surprisingly good. This song reminds me of Shaman’s Harvest Broken Dreams. 2 Quote

They're opening for AC/DC on the '25 tour. Have seen TPR numerous times, the first on their debut tour in a "club" that fit about 150 people. Killer show, great band. 1 Quote
