This was made for my good friend Rob Brewer formally of Unwritten Law who was Hamer Artist at the time, he used it sparingly for a Music Video shoot and some practices. It was never used live, it does have some light Buckle Rash, is missing the switch top, has a couple very Tiny pressure dings and some swirling in the Black Mirror finish. Contact me or leave a message in the thread for any extra pics//info wanted, comes with original HSC. The Hamer did travel with him all over the world, so the paperwork is long gone & the case definitely has some road wear & tear. It's somewhere between 7-8 lbs. Thought it was Korina, but just turns out it's Lightweight Mahogany. I'll get an exact weight for any buyer before I ship. Rob is looking for Cash, but I could possibly take the right Les Paul, Tele or Strat in partial trade and then compensate him with Cash from me. US postal money orders preferred, but mine or Rob's PayPal may be available. Will ship anywhere in US through Fedex w/ full insurance. I've Bought & Sold over 20k in gear on MLP in the last year & half with 100% positive feedback. I've also got 10 yrs on EBAY @ 100%! cmatthes Posted March 30, 2014 Posted March 30, 2014 It's a 2002. The likelihood of it being Korina are slim to none, heavily leaning towards none. People think that lighter weight makes it Korina and that's a load. Every mahogany Standard I've owned has been a lightweight guitar, some, surprisingly so. I've played 12+ lb Korina Standards. The way to confirm is to look under the truss rod cover or else remove some paint or shielding somewhere.

cmatthes Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Wow - heaven forbid you should have to join the HFC to sell this guitar! As has been said a few times previously, this appears to be a regular mahogany bodied Standard, not Korina. You'll need to take a pic of the truss rod cut with the truss rod cover removed to be certain either way.
