Nashville luthier?

Need a really good Nashville luthier, prefer someone somebody here knows. Murkat, possibly?

Murkat #1. I have had him work on my stuff several times...first class work and fair. Great guy to talk to as well. Couldn't ask for more if I had to.

Murkat/Jay is a very capable, skilled and trustworthy luthier. Don't hesitate or worry for a second leaving ANYTHING with him... :D

I do neither live in Nashville, nor in the States...but after this post (and experience), you could ask only one question :

Why are there other Luthiers than Jay in Nashville ?

Well, there ARE a LOT of guitars in Nashville...

Jay is the most trustworthy, honest, fair and skilled guy I've ever had the pleasure of working with for anything repair related.

I just sent him my 1962 les paul for a finish fresh up..I cant wait to see to new guitar I get back B)

Hey he does things quick, correct and has patients to deal with nobodys all the time. He's a freaking saint. ;)

We nailed Phantom #1 and hope to get down to Nashville to finish off Phantom #2.

YOU rub his nuts then.

He's done (I think) 5 for me. No complaints. In fact, his work has always been quite awesome. No rubbing required.

well my minor touch up just went to major overhaul :mellow: ..but that is why I sent to him ^_^ ...just in case it was worse than it looked :ph34r: ...its in the right hands :)
