The publisher is usually very quick with shipping (in a few days), although this last one took a little longer.Message me here. Doing a separate thread to keep everything organized.Thanks for all of the support from everyone who has ordered from me or elsewhere!

Anyone who wants a signed, numbered copy of the book, pm me here. I'll be placing another order next week, so whatever orders I have paid up, I'll Send off for. The publisher had the book on display at the National Book Expo last week, which was pretty cool. That's apparently a big publishing event, so that had something to do with the almost two weeks to process the order. It's historically just a few days, so I'll assume that they're back on track. When ordering, be sure to PM me your address here as well as on Paypal because it doesn't always show up there. Also, if you have a number preference (#0000-0750), let me know. If the number you want is available, I'll do that for you. I already have one order paid for so I HAVE to do a reorder now(!). One last note-trying to limit orders to US for this run. I got crucified on foreign shipping-it AVERAGED $33.40 per order to ship books to Canada and Europe this last time, so either that or I have to charge more for those orders I based my quote on the USPS online calculator which was about $10 under the actual rate. :0 (It's in there...!)

I just finished a dissertation, and I certainly envy the writing and respect all of the research that went into it. However, it should come with a GAS warning on the cover.
