There have been a number of questions regarding Shishov Guitar dealers and Mike and Trish asked that I post to clarify that as of this time there are no dealers or agreements with any dealers in place. Anyone interested in ordering a Shishkov Guitar should use the quote form at the site www.shishkovguitars.com/custom-guitar-estimate

Please note: Shishkov guitars are hand built by Mike and initial demand has been staggering. Any new orders for Shishkovs may experience an increased wait time until the initial introductory orders are filled. Mike and Trish both appreciate your patience.

Exactly why Mike doesn't need any dealers at this point.

It doesn't make sense to have somebody else's hand taking money out of his business, and he's able to maximize the offering to his customers.

Maybe he'll go down that road in the future, once things are more established, but for now, that isn't going to happen.

One man operations are just that. The only way you could give up 30% of the price is economies of scale, put another way, a work force.

If ya'll want to volunteer to pay higher prices, be my guest... if there was one overriding issue

with hamer it was the constant list price increases plus... the hit everyone took when it came

to resell. there should be a happy medium with us being cheapasses and paying a fair price

for a kickass usa built guitar...

If everything goes as planned, i'll have a pretty decent inventory of new Shishkovs in the underground laboratory here. Maybe i can become a dealer? Of course, i wouldn't want to *sell* any of these, so my prices will be *insanely* high...
