Played thru my OC42 BBB earlier today. In front of an amp somewhere between absolute clean & just to the point of breakup, drive up with the guitar volume rolled back on my Esquire: glass city!

But at this point they are available and cheaper than $200 on Reverb.

I snagged a Red Moon Tchula...for whatever it was in the very last SNS a year ago.

Still haven’t used it I don’t think!

The Carmen Ghia is one of three amps that i've owned that sounds and feels right to me plugged straight in. So when I want more, that is all I want I rarely want to color it and the COT works for me. Josh from JHS mentioned on some FX Forum I stumbled on to, that the COT is like a modified line booster type pedal. He broke it down to which components were changed and tweaked. Simple cuircuts make great tone and you don't get much more simple than a COT or the Eternity.

They're the same, "old-school" builds, with the same high-end components (at least that's what it says on the description). I know there were 2 for $180-200 on Reverb earlier this week, but I'd rather give Sean that money than line the pockets of an SNS resale opportunist, so I ordered one this morning. They were sold out when I looked last night, and I was heartbroken I missed out, but I woke up and took a look this morning, and more OC42s were up, as well as a couple more models. BINGO!

Compared to other "Boutique" Builders the prices are not out of line. I found my first Lovepedal used locally and was deep in love with it the first time I played it. The Naked OD11 is or at least was the best value pedal out there. The Amp11 Bigbox was great, but I could hear a slight compression and less clarity. I would love to try a Small Box Version, it would go on my board right away. I was kind of hoping he would put some up on the sale.

Anyone tried that 60s reverb? Sold out now, but looks interesting.

Seems to be a big asking price difference for the Amp808 and the Sparkle Green Amp808. I'm sure you guys will suck me into trying one out eventually.

Towards the end of the last SNS. (The real LAST one, not last night) Sean said that some reseller on the East coast had bought all of the remaining Red Moon Tchulas.

I guess he must of reneged on the deal cuz Sean seems to still have a few.

Yup. But there are plenty of folks selling for over 4× their SNS purchase price. One guy has at least 50 Lovepedals, open box, mostly unused, all overpriced, including a Red Moon for $300! Can't blame people for making money, but the SNS hoarding/reselling pisses me off.

I see that 60’s Reverb on the page (sold out). Anybody have any experience with it?  Did he ever make any analog delays at all?

Based on what @Jakeboy
had to say, if I didn't have a killer Kendrick Model 1000 (Fender 6G15 clone), this is the 'verb pedal I'd put in its place!

The Amp808 is an absolute gem and I stand by my statement on the 60s Reverb.It sounds as good as, and just like the verb on my Valvetech VAC....and that is GOOD!

I didn't get one.

But I did just get an email saying my OC42 will ship tomorrow!

No he just dropped that lone Instagram post. 

My item ship notices was in my inbox today and at the bottom was this. "Thank you for your business and we look forward to serving you in the future!"

I hope he carries forward, but also has a new business plan. If I could go to his online store and buy direct I would from him at the standard prices. Everyone else is making money off of him with there inflated "You can't get these anymore" prices. I buy them because I do like them, and how they sound and react to my amps. 

It is funny how the Amp11 were plentiful before he shut things down, now you just don't see them for sale, but the Tchula you see all the time for 4x the cost or more. 

The Amp11 or OD11 into a Princeton or any Fender is a magic. I was really stoked that Dr. Z considered making a version of the Carmen Ghia with 6v6's, I though that would have been an amazingly simple "Deluxe" with out the fluff. Unfortunately with his current product line up (even though he tried it) he is not going forward with it. 

I would have bought a NEW one in a heartbeat.

The Super Six is great. If you can find one with the extra switch for a built in boost, even better.

I have the BOA version 2, which is 2 Super 6’s in one box!. The SM would be a fantastic boost.
