I guess its all in how you look at it. It's probably close to what it retailed for in 2004, and they don't make them anymore. And then it comes down to how bad you have to have it... It's a lot less than the obscene asking prices we've been seeing lately, but its still overpriced.

This is literally the only guitar I don't have and have never had that I still want.  I passed on a couple in the $3000 range a couple of years ago because at that time, THAT was overpriced.  Now it seems reasonable.

I don’t disagree.   I like the dog hair but not the headstock.  Just say no to the paddle.

I also noticed that they have a 1986 Hamer TLE also for sale: 1986 Hamer TLE with boomerang inlays
