I've never seen so many 4 digit Standards get sold so fast in a row like that… kind of exciting actually... it's nice to finally see Hamer getting the much deserved recognition

I'm liking the value of #0221.  It will, most likely, be the one she sells first after my demise.  Kizanski will get the Baker. But that's not news...

Three four digit Standards sold in less 24 hours and my assumption is they sold near asking price.   That has to be some kind record.  
 

I agree with Dave and the Shark in their comments as well.  
 

The old 90’s Hamer advertising campaign “Shhh…the secret is out.”  Comes to mind.  I would venture to say so.  

Again congrats to the buyer and the seller.  I hope to hear the tone report on those.

Yeah, same here.  Even the imported Standards are going for stupid money (comparatively) and don't pop up often.  I ended up buying a Firefly explorer and called it close enough!

Reminds me of a conversation with my youngest son 25+ years ago.  He was about 5 and I stated “When I die, y’all will get my guitars.  I thought the pregnant pause was a solemn moment bonding us only like a father and son can, until he looked up and said “When will that be?”  😂

It is 0175.  Very nice guitar and very resonant. I called it the Monday guitar as you might be in for a surprise if you use the side dot markers as a reference.
