"Plays like butter" always puts me in mind of a locally infamous used gear seller who had a housefull of guitars and amps. I bought a couple or three there early along in my guitar interest resurgance, but it very much seemed to me that the seller must have invited buddies over in the evening and shared buckets of fried chicken as they passed the guitars around, they were so dirty and greasy. So - plays like schmaltz?

So when I plugged it in nothing came out. Luckily it appears to be just the output jack. Works well enough after jiggling the cord to remind me that P90s are noisy. Going to try some contact cleaner on it today but new jack may be in my future. Some small dings but other than that no complaints and no initial obvious differences from other Hamer Jrs I have played.

Yes. Lots of fixes underway. Specifically, emails sending from the site. What a nightmare. If you weren't getting them before you should now. if you need a password reminder please request. It should be working now. whew! that was a tough one. I will be looking at blocking issues for some users tomorrow. That said we will be moving to Xenforo board sooner than later as it should address some of these issues.
