The Tally series has several nice sets of bee's knees. The standard tally has the features you describe, sus block/double dee pups (a cool enhanced/variation on the fat cats) while the pro has a wraptail and buckers. also a earthen model lies in its own territory with a hog neck and neck shape similar to the pro. Not a "fan", but every now and then Lean Rimes nails some velvet/trumpet like tones that are other worldly.

The "Chapelle" skit may have best documented this "artist's" qualities.

Here a couple of shot of one i sold a while back, both pics are natural lite,one indoor,one out. i thought these show the most REALISTIC range of color i could get at the time. under some lighting it can swing both ways, to almost straight yellow, to pretty orangeish.

Hey, it's Valentines week, a little romance , just spilled over into the wrong place.

The top of my bucket list is TIME.(more hours and/or more focus) Time to give each wonderful Hamer it's proper attention. I've chipped away at the "list" for several years, and i've got some catching up to do with these special pieces.
