My '92 is the TV finish and it's much more opaque, and at this point is that baby poo color. Feels good and sounds good, though! OP's '92 is a horse of a different color.

Not so-the color in the pics from the auction misleads a little bit. It's a TV lacquer with less pigment, there is the greenish takeoff around the neck heel and other places where the color settled better. Pete Davis PS. It plays like a dream Special should!
