Congratulations from another new dad (7 mo.).

Two words of advice: Sleep now!  :)

I tell ya.....IT"S TOO LATE!

Pray for breast feeding. Really.

the only downside of breast feeding is your elbow gets sore for nudging the wife to wake her for that 4:00a.m. feeding.......that and it's lousy in coffee! :D

Congrats and Happy Father's Day to all of you daddies

Congrats! To you and the other new Dads.

My Son turns 3 next month and it just gets better and better. Being a stay at home Dad has been a blast the last few years.

Enjoy!

Congrats! Nothing like it. My oldest just turned 11, my youngest (second and LAST) turns 7 tomorrow.

Like ArnieZ, I'm also taking my 11 year old to see Petty/Crowes in Philly/Camden on Friday. We're meeting up with Serial and my 8 year old niece. Going to give 'em the backstage treatment and all. Always fun, but both of them are really into music, so that makes it all that much better!

Hahaha, I love to hear people say that because I am the youngest of five.

I seriously have the greatest respect for anyone who has taken the reigns of parenthood. I can't wait to be there myself someday . . . much down the road.

The best thing that happened to me was the birth of my first daughter, so I got two more.

Congratulations from here, too !!!

Congratulations!

Children really make you realize what's important in life.

BTW, there's a guitar on the For Sale page listed as 'Diaperburst'. :)

You may want to check that out for a color reference for your next couple years of tasks...

Congratulations to you and the wife! Welcome to the Father's Club! Its the most awesome thing you'll ever do. You'll learn more about yourself and life than you ever could have in a million years on your own.

Best wishes and prayers to you all.

God Bless,

Kevin

Congrats! I became a Dad 20 months ago and man what a ride. I can barely remember what life was like prior to becoming a Dad, LOL! Huge change man!

Good luck and congrats! :)

Abaco... congratulations!

I am sure the kid will be very versed in mathematics - which in turn will make him a musical genius.

Congrats!!! This will be my first Fathers Day as well. My wife and I took in three foster kids last week (18 mo. boy, 6 yr. boy, and 7 yr. girl). We are scheduled to adopt them by the end of the year. Wish me luck. 8 days into it and so far so good!!!!!

Congratulations to you both. It's a wonderful journey, enjoy God's blessing...

My son is 13 already, the time goes really fast so enjoy it. We've already banked a lifetime's worth of memories though... :)

Happy Father's Day!

Thanks everybody. I've dedicated myself to being as helpful as possible with our baby. We brought him home Thursday and, man, life really is different. In 4 days I lost 8 pounds and averaged about 3 hours of sleep per night. My wife is REALLY struggling with breastfeeding. I now know way too much about the workings of a breast pump. The bottle washing is going on at a feverish pitch. But, man, our kid is really beautiful. Just a lovely little boy.

I look forward to teaching him how to fish, catch a football, maybe even how to talk to girls. :) and, of course, foster an appreciation of music.

haha- he just did a real noisy crap while my wife was feeding him - gotta go. Thanks again for the kind words...
