95 Hamer Korina Explorer?

Teddy Collins

Question

I own this gorgeous Explorer but have no idea of its worth... I still have the original gold plated pickup covers as well as the original gold tailpiece. couldn't help but throw the TP-6 on there, but otherwise its untouched. Original case too... All in superb condition.

Welcome to the forum and all that good stuff, but come on, guy.

Those Korina Standards (and the Vectors) are some of Hamer's best.  Weight (and originality) is definitely a factor if you're selling.

Or opted to invest his money in a killer guitar while keeping his 2002-model Nokia flip phone.

My God, those korina Standards are gorgeous.

Especially in the soft-focus glamour shots.

There's a 2001 version for sale by a member here on Reverb for $2200 USD, if that helps at all :)
