I switched out the pin string roller bar for a string through to make string changes easier. It's in excellent condition, minty. I can't imagine one like this will come along again in the foreseeable future, but who can say? Anyway, here it is. $2500 firm. pirateflynn Posted March 5, 2023 Posted March 5, 2023 I’ve owned five Newport over the years. Overall they are probably my favorite Hamer. I currently have a Korina Newport with a Bigsby just like this one and it is an amazing guitar. I’d say the all Korina has most of the resonance of the spruce/mahogany model with a bit more authority. It’s maybe a little warmer than a maple top version. And so nice looking. Anybody interested in, or even curious about, a mid sized hollow body guitar should consider this baby. Don’t worry if you’re not a Bigsby guy. You don’t have to use it. Just spin the arm outta the way and go for it. Otherwise get your shimmer on. A great value on a killer guitar.

This is a badassed guitar, people. I always wanted one of these, but with Ivoroid binding, but this is such a classic look...
