Found this on the Verb, no affiliation. The set neck construction should be rare but I don't know if it justifies the 4k for an less spectacular top.

Looks like brass screws from Home Depot.

Brass totally helps with tone? 😂

It’s a total rework.  It WAS an Irridescent Cali Custom that was just weirdly refinished.

Overpriced.

That is a beautiful guitar and in great shape.  Someone will buy it at $4k.  It won't be me, but $3200ish and NOT in Poland, I would consider it.  That case has had a rough life....hard to believe this guitar was in it during its journey.  I might consider trading my original 1957 Gibson Moderne for it.  ;<)

My guess is, given the tendency for those base plates screw holes to strip out, owner used slightly larger screws to secure saddles.

The refinish isn't doing it for me.

That is a bit subdued for your finish preferences. Lol

I'd say more like devoid of any soul and panache! Like a flat root beer float with no foam, ice cream or even a fookin' straw to sip it with. :P

Actually, more like an English muffin that doesn't split down the middle and one half is too thick for the toaster and the thin side tears when you put jam on it.  I cannot look at this guitar without thinking about a breakfast catastrophe.
