  2. It's a cool pedal. I used a stacked pair (V1.4 and V1.7 I believe?) for quite a while, so I get it. But $300 to put two $100 pedals in a single box seems a bit much. I also have a V2.0 that hums badly when used with a Pedal Power Plus, and Mr. Fuller got a little snippy when I let him know. The Pedal Power remains on my board. The OCDs do not.
  3. Great Sounding Speaker, I think that a “Kicked up Blue” is a good match for what it is. For those you like a Blue, but are afraid of blowing it up, this is pretty much perfect. I dig it, but it’s not what I’m looking for with this particular amp. I think it’s the best priced Ruby on the net, and it needs a good home BUMP.
  4. Hi everyone! I'm looking to buy a left-handed Hamer Californian Elite or Chaparral. I'm open to different years and finishes, so if you have one you'd consider selling, or know of one that might be available, please let me know. Feel free to reply here or send me a PM. Thanks!

  5. Today
  6. I used this years ago and it worked ok. I think the updated version is better. https://www.koingosw.com/products/librarianpro/
  7. If Discogs allows an upload of Excel (or some variant like a csv file), combine our posts and you're done in an afternoon for less than $50.
  8. Bump w/some throwback threads: (sorry, many pic links are broken. but not all!)
  9. You've said that like six times now... 🤣 Okay, maybe not, but you can't expect me to pass up the easy ones... I've worried about tinnitus for years. I suspect I have some mild, but it has to be pretty quiet for me to notice it. I've slept with a radio on since I was a little kid, so I'm sure that's helped minimize how much it affects me in that situation. Started wearing ear plugs at shows years ago to try to fend it off even longer.
  10. @Jeff R Have you heard of Discogs? https://www.discogs.com it’s on online marketplace AND collection management platform. but you’ll have to upload the catalog info yourself
  11. Mine got worse by orders of magnitude when I started using Apple Airpods with noise cancelation. I've grown to ignore it fairly well, but the linking of tinnitus and dementia is definitely a concern. Tons of click-bait on YouTube but nothing that seems to be backed up by any real research (especially the guy that promotes the Atkins diet as the cure for everything).
  12. OUCH!!! As someone who has bruised and broken his ribs during a skydiving hard landing and training in martial arts, I can relate- NOT fun. Very painful. Heal up quick, dude!!
  13. We bought some stupid expensive bar code scanners for use in our warehouses. They were overkill. We wound up with some inexpensive Amazon units that are much more user-friendly. Something like this works great. https://a.co/d/09SUuhth Open Excel and scan each UPC label. That should get you enough information to document what you've got. All that would remain would be to assign a value to each and then total. I would be extremely tempted to hand the completed Excel workbook to ChatGPT and see what it could do in the way of valuation. Might be a trainwreck, but if it worked it would be extremely quick about it.
  14. Damn, Willie. Be careful! That's gotta hurt like hell. Haynie is right - you'll be known as Chuck Moseley from now on. Take care, Bud.
  15. Sorry to hear. Was it a PayPal payment or other? Curious if others might be helped by the recourse. Tia
  16. Have not. But I am thinking about it. I ordered the new tube 11 but that's all lately.
  17. Mine is pretty bad but once I chose to see it as a badge of honor, I can ignore it pretty easily. What bothers me most is knowing I'm missing some of the finer details of great music. My drummer has it in a slightly lower frequency range than me so it's always fun mixing music with him around. We each hear it a little differently. My way is always right. I've seen/read conflicting results on the tongue-shocking method. I think it has a lot to do with your mindset.
  18. Mike, I am proud, honored and grateful to able call one of your works my own. It is truly a highlight of my musical journey. While I can never thank you enough, I can send thoughts, prayers, mojo, juju and every other kind of positive energy your way, and hope you understand the amount of love and respect you have garnered from this community. Let us know if you need anything.
  19. I am getting ready to move my wife and I and our businesses 1,800 miles across country. I am considering liquidating my sizable compact disc collection rather than moving it. If my library makes the move, however, I need to catalog and value it for moving insurance purposes. My library has been boxed up for years and I don't know the quantity, but I'd guess a few thousand titles. I'm sure there are plenty of imports/rarities in the mix. I need an app that will allow me to quickly scan the CDs via barcodes and/or album covers ... ... that IDs, organizes the library, and assigns fair market values individually and/or in common or user-defined subsets. Being able to download data into spreadsheets for whenever it's time to sell would be a huge, huge plus. I will pay a reasonable subscription fee for the ideal tool. I'd love to hear what the much more serious CD collectors and buy/sell/traders use for their own libraries and catalogs. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
  20. Yup. I have it to moderate degree. No doubt, the result of years of loud rehearsals & shows. When it first manifested, it drove me a little crazy. Now, I don't even notice unless I focus on it.
  21. MIke, You know how I feel. I hope you'll be able to return to what you love, if not you have left a mark in the guitar players world arniez
  22. More is always more! 🤘🤘🤘🤘
  23. Sorry, hard for me to take something seriously that appears to use Comic Sans font.
  24. Thanks for asking. Never got a response, nor a QC. My card refunded me, but still a bummer.
  25. ^-- This. Mike, you've certainly made my life brighter. You are absolutely blessed with a gift. I hope your health improves. That is far more important than anything else. You and Trish are good people!
  26. I've had it since I was in my early 20s if not before. Only thing I've found that works is learning to ignore and a white noise machine.
