PRS was a genius. Just like Geico, when they came on the scene they absolutely overloaded with advertisement. Every other fucking video you saw early on MTV had a PRS in it. KMC always advertised Hamer like it was advertising the Pope. One of Fender's first moves when it bought KMC was to tell the Hamer dealers that they were not shipping to them anymore. The first move Fender made when they bought Guild in Westerly was to stop the production of the Pilot Bass. The Pilot Bass was #3 on the US sales chart right behind Fender. Nice ha. Regarding Look at that fucking maple: I told Greg at BCR I wanted the grain to match up and he got on the phone with you guys saying he wanted the sickest piece of maple you could find. I was expecting an exact mirror image match. What blew my mind is that you guys matched AND chevron'd it !!!!!! I'm still in awe! Regarding bridge intonation: No I don't have any problems why?
