    Kurt, what amps are you looking for....? I have an awesome Mesa TA15 and a Lil Dawg Blonde Bassman Clone....I don’t know that I can part with the Dawg tho....I have a Badcat Unleash thatcould tame the 1987....

      Thanks for thinking of me.  Yea, I am still looking but I really want something very cheap.  It is to be driven by a pretty cheap amp at this point.  It is more of a practice/room amp.  I bought a bass amp and now I don't really "need" the guitar amp.

       

      If I hear of anyone looking I'll let you know.

    I have. On the Heritage forum no less. I was lurking and a thread came up about Hamer's and the 14 coat finish and they were all saying how they hated the headstock (!) and how Hamer's were just pretty eye candy with that fancy finish, quality build, wood and fit....but that Heritage had the tone EVEN IF THEY WERENT BUILT AS WELL. I laughed and then I laughed again when Mr. Heritage himself joined our forum. When I bought my plain Sunburst AmSe Strat in 2005, the dealer offered me a smoking deal on some gold top PRS that he had. It was great but the tone was just not there for me. It didn't help that it needed a setup very badly. I walked out with a Strat that I still have and love. All this talk of liquidating gear to fund another Shish has me thinking. I owe Mike an email on a Fender scale idea I have. I would have to let some things go that I don't think I can. In the end, it will be worth it. Every time I play 0006 I think, this is the best guitar I have ever played. I need to get in line again.
